While we can’t predict when the Cascadia Megathurst Earthquake will occur,” said Kerrace. “What I will say it is inevitable and may coincide with the ritual time code sequence or Phi driven codes which involve a series of highly symbolic and unfathomable sophisticated rituals orchestrated and initiated by the power control force (those that think they run the world) in a very intertwined context using the Mayan Calendar time sequence with the transit of Venus which precedes the Mayan calendar end date.

We will experience “Cascadia Mageddon” said Kerrace a resident of Vancouver, B.C. Canada, however what I’m most interested in is that the Japan earthquake is a perfect analog for what we could expect to see on the coast of Vancouver in the next few years.”

Kerrace is stated as saying “now if you believe that major disasters in this world that involve massive amounts of loss of life are natural disaster then none of what I say will be in line with your current belief systems, but if you believe that major disasters are orchestrated by a unseen force then the multi contextual information I have gathered to collaborate my theory will make sense to you.

Like Japan, the West Coast of B.C. rests on a subduction zone — in this case the Cascadia Subduction Zone — the physical convergence of two tectonic plates that sees one plate, an oceanic plate, submerge under the other, either another oceanic plate or a continental plate.

The result is a highly unstable geographical area that features volcanoes, earthquakes and mountain ranges. The entire Pacific region is lined with these subduction zones, earning it the nickname the Ring of Fire which is very symbolic of the milky way galaxy. As above so below. The power control force (those that think they run the world) believe they control the Zodiac which can clearly be seen in the 2012 Magenta coloured Zion Symbol being used for Olympic games in London. Hey Vancouverites have you looked at your 2012 Magenta license plate decals? There is a connection with the 2010 Vancouver Olympics as it falls right in line with the time code sequence. See where I am going here and believe me there is more.

The Cascadia Subduction Zone sits a few hundred kilometres off the coast of B.C. and stretches from the middle of Vancouver Island to northern California. It marks the convergence of the submerging Juan de Fuca plate and the North American plate. Movement here could produce an earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0 or greater. If we look at the specific longitude given for Vancouver Island and the geometry involved we discover that the Island has perfect sacred geometrical proportion.

From the northern most tip at Cape Scott to the southern most point, exiting out through Esquimalt Harbour, is a ley line which measures exactly 444km in length. The half‐way point is amongst the peaks of Strathcona Park at the 222km mark. Measured at right angles across the full width of the island emerging near Campbell River in the east is a distance of 111km.

Remarkably the exact co-ordinates of PHI, the sign for the centre of creation. Vancouver island and it’s proximity to the Cascadia subjunction fits the bill as a key co-ordinate for a Phi driven ritual time codes sequence orchestrated by the power control force which would involve a series of highly symbolic and unfathomable sophisticated rituals. Have I got your interest yet?

Given their geographical similarities, what has happened in Japan could easily serve as a carbon copy for what would happen in areas along the west coast, in particular Vancouver and Victoria, Seattle, Portland, Oregon all the way down to the Northern Coast of California should there be major movement along the Cascadia subduction.

* There are things that I feel are true in my heart that directly contradict the world view I've held since I was a child.

*What I want more than anything is to be able to pull together the seemingly contradictory information that I hold so that I can feel integrated and empowered to set the tone for my future.
If one or more of the statements above feels familiar to you, you are currently moving through a personal paradigm shift.

The concept of paradigm shift was first introduced by Thomas Kuhn, a Harvard-affiliated scientist and philosopher. In Structure of Scientific Revolutions (1962), Kuhn refutes the notion that scientific advancement is evolutionary by arguing that a new world view is actually brought forth by a "series of peaceful interludes punctuated by intellectually violent revolutions," and in those revolutions "one conceptual world view is replaced by another."

For those of us on a spiritual path, the deconstruction of our rational/logical three-dimensional world view, to be replaced by a more expanded perspective, while necessary, is typically very disquieting. The move through a paradigm shift is characteristically accompanied by mental confusion and emotional angst (fits and starts; one step forward and two steps back, etc.) as we find ourselves holding radically different views simultaneously without knowing which one to trust.

This unbalanced experience can reveal itself as:

* Feeling heart-drawn to certain opportunities (for example: leaving a solid career to pursue your life purpose) that you find intellectually untenable and anxiety producing.
* Being able to intellectually articulate what your favourite spiritual writers decree, but not feeling safe to align your lifestyle that way.

* Making a commitment to meditate every day, but finding yourself glancing at your watch and feeling compelled to cut it short so that you can get some real work done.

In order to be able to tap into the power of the RipplefX Energy is Prosperity Coaching Program we need to be able to hold or at least return consistently to an expanded perspective of the way that the world operates. Concepts such as holographic universe, vibrations and thoughts with creative potential make no sense from a strictly third-dimensional perspective. And yet we are still beings in physical form who need to interact on the material plane. Which perspective material or spiritual truly serves us best?

The answer is, neither and both! The key to relieving the scattered energy that causes such discomfort is the realization that we always have a choice about which aspect of ourselves we are identified with at any particular time. We are, simultaneously, human beings having spiritual experiences and spiritual beings having a human experience. Freedom is ours the moment that we accept that it is possible to hold seemingly paradoxical views with grace.

At some moments (for example, in the face of imminent physical danger) it is more appropriate to view ourselves as personalities first, while at other points, it behooves us to find the goal or focus that both our personality (limited self, defended heart, ego) and our Soul (Higher Self, undefended heart, Spirit) feel passionate about.

The key to moving through the paradigm shift with ease is becoming grounded in the knowledge that, once you take that first step on the path of spiritual development, you will always be walking between two worlds. As long as you are in a physical body: you will be physically vulnerable, time will be a reality, and action will be essential. However, your understanding of the expanded perspective is also essential, for even as a physical being you have the power to tap into the energy field and enhance your doing-ness by taking inspired action and bringing your energy into alignment with your goals.

Finally, a major contributor to your ease of evolution along this path will be the level of community support that you receive.

As human consciousness is intrinsically one with our planet, we can contribute to the healing of the planet by releasing false beliefs and embracing love.

Transformation process

We are required to take a very important journey - one that demands us to transcend our "unreasonable" rational claims of personal security, safety and control. One by one, we are called to walk through the darkness to learn the meaning of surrender, true forgiveness and unconditional love so we can reunite with our divine self.

The term "the dark night of the soul" refers to a transformation process leading to self-realization and illumination. This lonely and painful path filled with uncertainty, forces us to disconnect from the illusions that we identify with such as the role that we play in society being an employee, an employer, a mother, a father, a child, a lover, a friend, etc.

We are conditioned to think that we are an absolute independent self, separated from people around us. During the dark night of the soul, the false notions of being a separate self is burned to ashes so we can discern the ego from the soul. It is the longest night as there is no compass to direct us in the right direction nor light to reassure us that dawn is approaching.

This transformational period of chaos we find ourselves in during this evolutionary cycle is about reclaiming our power(the inner observer-your ture self) which has been usurped for millennia. If anyone that you give credence to does not include this in their message or their teachings do not centre around your empowerment of your inner observer-your ture self. It is simply because they have not woken up to this fact within themselves! or they could be misusing their power to keep you disempowered away from your inner observer-true self. I know this is a bold statement! But I say it in the context that we live in a cultural construct where many people tend to give credence to anyone who has a similar belief system to their own instead of giving credence to the inner observer-your ture self, identification with those who carry simliar belief systems can mae us feel safe and connected, but then you have to ask yourself who’s belief system is it anyway? Is it yours? that is a belief system that you have moulded and designed for yourself built on the premise of who you truly are?(inner observer your ture self) or is your belief system the result of the cultural operating system you were born into? You see what I mean it gets very tricky!

If any of this information resonates with you or irritates the hell out of you then there may be some truth here! if you think I am crazy for saying you have a right to reclaim your power and embrace the inner observer-your ture self to guide you through this maze, I don’t care it’s still the truth! It’s just that you are up against what I call interference or resistance! You have a right to your POWER (that inner observer-your ture self) don’t allow that which guides you cares for you and will support you every step of the way (the inner observer-your ture self) to be usurped by anyone as you will require it, if not now you will in the next moment you let your guard down!

Physics has educated us about energy and tells us that all things are moving.

Like all the planets in our solar system, every atom in our body is continuously in motion but they are invisible to the human eye. Like a river water, blood in our veins and life energy runs throughout our body.

Energy wants to run throughout our body freely, but often it becomes blocked. When our body holds tension it interrupts energy flow. That’s why individuals who are calm rarely get sick.

However for those with energy blocks may require energy clearing for proper functioning of their body.

When energy in your body is running uninhibited then all functions of body perform normally. For example: when a gas filter on a bus gets blocked the bus doesn’t work well right?.

Likewise when your bodies energy flow gets clogged, the body can’t perform normally. Therefore for natural function of body, energy has to flow freely.

When life becomes so hectic, and people feel they have little time for rest, then their body gets cranky. What is the Energetic Impact of Beliefs in Your Life and Work?

We are CREATORS. What does that mean?

It means that regardless of where we are coming from, we are consistently creating our world through our beliefs.

We need to share this knowledge with our children. If we had been told the truth of who we really are as children, imagine the world we could have created!

It is because we are CREATORS and, thus, MANIFESTORS that we need to own and to speak our fears. Our fears are maladaptive beliefs which inform our creations.

We see the world as we think we are. So, if we have a certain perception of self, we assume that it is that self that others see.

This is about a belief of who we are. We are not going to manifest physical wholeness and maintain it consistently without embracing all of who we are - the good, the bad and the ugly - without embracing the embodiment of us. This isn't about mental or physical healing or the need to fix ourselves. This is about identifying ourselves as Energy Beings and Creators with all the implications that this carries.

Everyone and everything is Energy. We are Quantum Beings - part of the magnificent Quantum Field. We are extensions of Source Energy. As Energy Beings, we are constantly processing information consciously and unconsciously, and we are also consciously and unconsciously receiving, transmitting and sharing information with others.

From the RippleFX Resilience Technique (RRT)perspective, we are innately whole. This means that our foundation is one of wholeness which is Eternal and Quantum. We have given many names to this wholeness or quantum power of which we are a part. They include: God, Goddess, Universal Mind, Source, Spirit, Sacred Energy, and the Grid of Cosmic Consciousness. All information being shared is from this Quantum place and we are required to view everyone and everything which happens around us, from this Place of Wholeness.

In seeking to work with the Energy in RippleFX Resilience Technique (RRT) we are basically expressing an intention to bring about personal change in ourselves and our lives. This process of self-change constitutes a highly individualized journey for each of us. It is a journey of Self-Love or Compassion for Self.

From an RippleFX Resilience Technique (RRT) perspective, all emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual dis-ease is the product of our "separation" from Self which expresses itself in an absence of self-love and self-appreciation. Our symptoms (which are like warning signal lights on a car's dashboard) represent an avoidance of the emotional pain stemming from this separation from Self. Psychologically, this is as true of someone suffering from an acute psychosis as someone suffering from panic attacks, bipolar disorder or chronic, intractable depression.

It is important to remember that we are constantly creating whether it is from this wholeness, we speak of, or our wounded places. (Unfortunately, many of us persist in creating from our wounds for quite a long time!) When we speak to someone, we are either coming from our wholeness or our wounds. When we make a choice to come from our wholeness, even when the other person is in their wounds, our message automatically goes to their wholeness. This amplifies or supports them in self-awareness, self-love and personal evolvement. The more we can focus on that wholeness - the more the world will change in a positive direction.

The RippleFX Resilience Technique (RRT) works by targetting our wounds and supports us in integrating our wounds and transmuting the pain. The definition of "integrate" is to combine (one thing) with another so that they become a whole, while "transmute" means a change in form, nature or substance.

Put simply, a wound is a fear-based belief arising out of a particular life experience or taken in through cultural conditioning. In the case of sexual abuse, therefore, it is not the experience of sexual abuse, however unpleasant it may have been, which constitutes our wounds. Rather, it is the fear-based beliefs that arise out of or are associated with the sexual abuse that constitute our wounds. Fear-based beliefs are always negative and maladaptive.

Our participation in integrating our wounds involves our embracing and owning a hurtful experience. In some cases this requires breaking through our denial regarding what happened to us or how it has affected us. Thus, first there is recognition or validation: "Yes, this happened". "This was my experience". Then we allow the Energy - that quantum power - to support us by dissolving the fear-based, maladaptive beliefs that we hold in association with the experience.

The Energy changes maladaptive beliefs by transmuting them and, in so doing, leaving more expression of our wholeness. The wound - a fear-based belief - dissolves so that all that is left is more of our wholeness - i.e. more of our joy, our self-compassion. It is in this way, by integrating and transmuting the pain of fear-based beliefs, that we begin to realize more and more of our Wholeness - more and more of who we truly are.

In Transformational facilitation, people learn tangible skills to clear negative beliefs, patterns and emotions so that they can live fully present in the here and now while becoming empowered to create rich, satisfying lives. What is Spiritual Ascension?

Ascension is ultimately a physical process that this universe, and by this universe I mean the physical matter in this universe, undergoes.

Ascension is a sort of "change of state" or phase transition akin to what happens when ice melts to water.

Ascension is a fundamental shift in the material composition of the physical universe that allows Spirit incarnated in the physical body (that would be you and me) to more efficiently and effectively create this physical universe.

Ascension is occurring right now and is being led by an energetic interplay of life on this planet.

Ascension will lead, all other things being equal, to an increase in your ability to "manifest." This manifestation, or "co-creation" as some call it, will be guided by the principle as above , so below . Why Can't Peace and Joy Be Experienced Through the Ego Self?

Love, peace and joy are states of being and therefore cannot be experienced through the ego-self. The ego depends on duality to make it's existence real and does this by using emotion to contrast feelings.

With love, peace and joy no contrast is possible.

Why Do We Live in a Culture of Shame Built on the Foundation of Perfectionism?

We live in a culture built on shame and guilt because our media and advertising have commoditized perfectionism.

Shame is best understood as a social-cultural construct and can be felt when an outside or internal trigger activates an intense painful feeling or experience of believing we are flawed and therefore unworthy of acceptance and belonging creating feelings of fear, blame, and disconnection from relationships.

Shame is organized by gender. The messages and expectations that trigger and
fuel shame for women are based on our rigid cultural definitions of women and
women’s roles. Likewise, the expectations that fuel shame for men are based on
our culture’s perception of masculinity what a man should be like, look like,and act like.

The opposite of experiencing shame is experiencing shame resilience.
The quality that increases our resilience is empathy and when we are practicing courage, compassion, and connection. Our relationships are filled with empathy and we co- create a more loving and authentic culture.

Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.

Life is accelerating and we are becoming acutely sensitive to the information that's encoded in energy. We need methods for translating this invisible guidance. This is a dramatic time—when many of us are “frequency-sorting,” deciding who we want to be, who we want as friends and colleagues, and what we want our life to feel like. We're letting go of old, ineffective habits and toxic people. We’re chafing at any reality that’s too limiting.

Now regardless of what is going on outside of us on the external I believe we are all born with the potential to navigate effectively through this transitional period.

What is the Link Between Stress and the "Fight or Flight Response?"

This fundamental physiologic response forms the foundation of modern day stress medicine. The "fight or flight response" is our body's primitive, automatic, inborn response that prepares the body to "fight" or "flee" from perceived attack, harm or threat to our survival.

What happens to us when we are under excessive stress?

When we experience excessive stress—whether from internal worry or external circumstance—a bodily reaction is triggered, called the "fight or flight" response. Originally discovered by the great Harvard physiologist Walter Cannon, this response is hard-wired into our brains and represents a genetic wisdom designed to protect us from bodily harm. This response actually corresponds to an area of our brain called the hypothalamus, which—when stimulated—initiates a sequence of nerve cell firing and chemical release that prepares our body for running or fighting.

What are the signs that our fight or flight response has been stimulated (activated)?

When our fight or flight response is activated, sequences of nerve cell firing occur and chemicals like adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol are released into our bloodstream. These patterns of nerve cell firing and chemical release cause our body to undergo a series of very dramatic changes. Our respiratory rate increases. Blood is shunted away from our digestive tract and directed into our muscles and limbs, which require extra energy and fuel for running and fighting. Our pupils dilate. Our awareness intensifies. Our sight sharpens. Our impulses quicken. Our perception of pain diminishes. Our immune system mobilizes with increased activation. We become prepared—physically and psychologically—for fight or flight. We scan and search our environment, "looking for the enemy."

When our fight or flight system is activated, we tend to perceive everything in our environment as a possible threat to our survival. By its very nature, the fight or flight system bypasses our rational mind—where our more well thought out beliefs exist—and moves us into "attack" mode. This state of alert causes us to perceive almost everything in our world as a possible threat to our survival. As such, we tend to see everyone and everything as a possible enemy. Like airport security during a terrorist threat, we are on the look out for every possible danger. We may overreact to the slightest comment. Our fear is exaggerated. Our thinking is distorted. We see everything through the filter of possible danger. We narrow our focus to those things that can harm us. Fear becomes the lens through which we see the world.

We can begin to see how it is almost impossible to cultivate positive attitudes and beliefs when we are stuck in survival mode. Our heart is not open. Our rational mind is disengaged. Our consciousness is focused on fear, not love. Making clear choices and recognizing the consequences of those choices is unfeasible. We are focused on short-term survival, not the long-term consequences of our beliefs and choices. When we are overwhelmed with excessive stress, our life becomes a series of short-term emergencies. We lose the ability to relax and enjoy the moment. We live from crisis to crisis, with no relief in sight. Burnout is inevitable. This burnout is what usually provides the motivation to change our lives for the better. We are propelled to step back and look at the big picture of our lives—forcing us to examine our beliefs, our values and our goals.

What is our fight or flight system designed to protect us from?

Our fight or flight response is designed to protect us from the proverbial saber tooth tigers that once lurked in the woods and fields around us, threatening our physical survival. At times when our actual physical survival is threatened, there is no greater response to have on our side. When activated, the fight or flight response causes a surge of adrenaline and other stress hormones to pump through our body. This surge is the force responsible for mothers lifting cars off their trapped children and for firemen heroically running into blazing houses to save endangered victims. The surge of adrenaline imbues us with heroism and courage at times when we are called upon to protect and defend the lives and values we cherish.

What are the saber tooth tigers of today and why are they so dangerous?

When we face very real dangers to our physical survival, the fight or flight response is invaluable. Today, however, most of the saber tooth tigers we encounter are not a threat to our physical survival. Today’s saber tooth tigers consist of rush hour traffic, missing a deadline, bouncing a check or having an argument with our boss or spouse. Nonetheless, these modern day, saber tooth tigers trigger the activation of our fight or flight system as if our physical survival was threatened. On a daily basis, toxic stress hormones flow into our bodies for events that pose no real threat to our physical survival.

Once it has been triggered, what is the natural conclusion of our fight or flight response?

By its very design, the fight or flight response leads us to fight or to flee—both creating immense amounts of muscle movement and physical exertion. This physical activity effectively metabolizes the stress hormones released as a result of the activation of our fight or flight response. Once the fighting is over, and the threat—which triggered the response—has been eliminated, our body and mind return to a state of calm.

Has the fight or flight response become counterproductive?

In most cases today, once our fight or flight response is activated, we cannot flee. We cannot fight. We cannot physically run from our perceived threats. When we are faced with modern day, saber tooth tigers, we have to sit in our office and "control ourselves." We have to sit in traffic and "deal with it." We have to wait until the bank opens to "handle" the bounced check. In short, many of the major stresses today trigger the full activation of our fight or flight response, causing us to become aggressive, hypervigilant and over-reactive. This aggressiveness, over-reactivity and hypervigilance cause us to act or respond in ways that are actually counter-productive to our survival. Consider road rage in Los Angeles and other major cities.

It is counterproductive to punch out the boss (the fight response) when s/he activates our fight or flight response. (Even though it might bring temporary relief to our tension!) It is counterproductive to run away from the boss (the flight response) when s/he activates our fight or flight response. This all leads to a difficult situation in which our automatic, predictable and unconscious fight or flight response causes behavior that can actually be self-defeating and work against our emotional, psychological and spiritual survival.

Is there a cumulative danger from over-activation of our fight or flight response?

Yes. The evidence is overwhelming that there is a cumulative buildup of stress hormones. If not properly metabolized over time, excessive stress can lead to disorders of our autonomic nervous system (causing headache, irritable bowel syndrome, high blood pressure and the like) and disorders of our hormonal and immune systems (creating susceptibility to infection, chronic fatigue, depression, and autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and allergies.)

To protect ourselves today, we must consciously pay attention to the signals of fight or flight

To protect ourselves in a world of psychological—rather than physical—danger, we must consciously pay attention to unique signals telling us whether we are actually in fight or flight. Some of us may experience these signals as physical symptoms like tension in our muscles, headache, upset stomach, racing heartbeat, deep sighing or shallow breathing. Others may experience them as emotional or psychological symptoms such as anxiety, poor concentration, depression, hopelessness, frustration, anger, sadness or fear.

Excess stress does not always show up as the "feeling" of being stressed. Many stresses go directly into our physical body and may only be recognized by the physical symptoms we manifest. Two excellent examples of stress induced conditions are "eye twitching" and "teeth-grinding." Conversely, we may "feel" lots of emotional stress in our emotional body and have very few physical symptoms or signs in our body.

By recognizing the symptoms and signs of being in fight or flight, we can begin to take steps to handle the stress overload. There are benefits to being in fight or flight—even when the threat is only psychological rather than physical. For example, in times of emotional jeopardy, the fight or flight response can sharpen our mental acuity, thereby helping us deal decisively with issues, moving us to action. But it can also make us hypervigilant and over-reactive during times when a state of calm awareness is more productive. By learning to recognize the signals of fight or flight activation, we can avoid reacting excessively to events and fears that are not life threatening. In so doing, we can play "emotional judo" with our fight or flight response, "using" its energy to help us rather than harm us. We can borrow the beneficial effects (heightened awareness, mental acuity and the ability to tolerate excess pain) in order to change our emotional environment and deal productively with our fears, thoughts and potential dangers.

What can we do to reduce our stress and turn down the activity of our fight or flight response?

The fight or flight response represents a genetically hard-wired early warning system—designed to alert us to external environmental threats that pose a danger to our physical survival. Because survival is the supreme goal, the system is highly sensitive, set to register extremely minute levels of potential danger. As such, the fight or flight response not only warns us of real external danger but also of the mere perception of danger. This understanding gives us two powerful tools for reducing our stress. They are:

1) Changing our external environment (our "reality"). This includes any action we take that helps make the environment we live in safer. Physical safety means getting out of toxic, noisy or hostile environments. Emotional safety means surrounding ourselves with friends and people who genuinely care for us, learning better communication skills, time management skills, getting out of toxic jobs and hurtful relationships. Spiritual safety means creating a life surrounded with a sense of purpose, a relationship with a higher power and a resolve to release deeply held feelings of shame, worthlessness and excessive guilt.

2) Changing our perceptions of reality. This includes any technique whereby we seek to change our mental perspectives, our attitudes, our beliefs and our emotional reactions to the events that happen to us. Changing our perceptions of reality is best illustrated by the proverbial saying, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade." Without actually changing our reality, we can altered our perception of reality—viewing the difficulties of life as events that make us stronger and more loving. In the Buddhist tradition, this is referred to as developing a "supple mind."

Physical exercise can also turn down the activity of an overactive fight or flight response

Perhaps the simplest, best way to turn down the activity of our fight or flight response is by physical exercise. Remember that the natural conclusion of fight or flight is vigorous physical activity. When we exercise, we metabolize excessive stress hormones—restoring our body and mind to a calmer, more relaxed state.

For the purpose of stress reduction and counteracting the fight or flight response, any form of activity where we "work up a sweat" for five minutes will effectively metabolize off—and prevent the excessive buildup of—stress hormones. Get down and do 50 pushups, 50 sit-ups, jumping jacks, jump rope, run in place, run up and down the stairs, whatever. By exercising to the point of sweating, we effectively counteract the ill effects of the fight of flight response, drawing it to its natural conclusion.

Sometimes when your upset, you can close the door to your office, do 25 quick pushups, work up a light sweat, and return to work, clearer and calmer. Frequent repetitions of short exercise are easy to fit into our busy schedules. For full cardiovascular fitness, longer periods of exercise do have additional benefits, but for the purpose of stress reduction, mini-exercise sessions are practical, effective and beneficial.

Exercise increases our natural endorphins, which help us to feel better. When we feel good, our thoughts are clearer, our positive beliefs are more accessible and our perceptions are more open. When we feel tired and physically run down, we tend to focus on what’s not working in our lives—similar to a cranky child needing a nap. It is difficult to be, feel or think positive when we are exhausted, sleep deprived or physically out of condition.

What is mind chatter?

If we could read the owners manual for the mind, we would find a full chapter on what is called "mind chatter." Mind chatter is the endless, restless stream of incomplete thoughts, anxieties and self-talk which constantly pulses through our minds. In order to survive, our mind is always "on"—searching for possible threats, dangers, solutions and explanations. This is called our "strategic mind." The strategic mind is always "on"—scanning both our inner and outer world for possible threats to our well-being—either real or imagined. This constant vigilance of the mind not only distracts us with excessive worry but can also trigger the activation of our fight or flight response.

Sometimes, because of the mind’s incessant chatter and worry, we even begin to anticipate dangers or threats that don’t really exist. This is what the soulful and gentle author Joan Borysenko, Ph.D. (Minding The Body, Mending The Mind) refers to as becoming an "advanced worrier." This condition is described brilliantly by Mark Twain who said "I’ve experienced many terrible things in my life, a few of which actually happened." Zig Ziglar, the great motivational speaker, says "Worry is a misuse of the imagination."

Underneath all the mind chatter and fight or flight anxiety lies a quiet place called our "inner voice", the "observer" or the "witness." The "inner voice" is what Walter Cannon, M.D., calls "the wisdom of the body." This quiet place allows us to move beyond our fears, beyond our anxieties and beyond our strategic mind—into a clearer understanding and knowing of what is true and loving. As we will soon discuss, a quiet mind calms our overactive physiology, creating a sequence of physiologic and biochemical changes that improve our physical health.

The simplest, most exquisite way I know of to quiet the mind is by eliciting what is called RippleFX Stillness".

Why is Love Alive Only in The Present Moment?

We live simultaneously in two worlds. We live with our feet planted in one world that is made up of solid and separate objects that appear to exist independently of us. This is a world of duality in which we live informed by secondhand concepts that we take to be real, which are stored in our bodymind as feelings, emotions, thoughts, beliefs, memories, and images.

For instance, we were told a long time ago that we were born, that we have a body, that we are male or female, and that we will die. We have unquestionably accepted the legitimacy of these second-hand beliefs as true, based upon the authoritative testimony of our ancestors, and may never have questioned their validity. But many of us, down through the ages, have questioned the authenticity of these beliefs and have been astonished by what we have uncovered when we have finally experienced ourselves through firsthand knowing.

When we inquire with sincere innocence into the beliefs we hold to be true and respond with total honesty, without depending upon our memory—which is based on secondhand information—we open into the delight, wonder, and astonishment at the answers we come upon to such simple questions as "How old do I really feel? Is my experience really that I have a body? What gender do I really feel myself to be? What is my true name? What is my true face?"

These simple questions can move us beyond our secondhand concepts and the world of duality into experiencing a quite different reality that is not governed by the mind’s past, but by this present moment, which is the realm of the heart. When we live in and from the heart, memory continues to function, but the mind no longer informs our experience. Instead the heart informs the mind.

When we live informed by the heart, we discover that we are living in a parallel universe to the world of duality. Here, we live in a world of nondual loving Presence, in which all objects are realized and perceived to be non-separate projections of our own indivisible nondual Presence. In the world of the heart, we experience the end of striving to become something other than we already are. Here, being is enough. Here, we find the heart’s rest as we live in accepting and welcoming ourselves as we are. It is a relief to finally realize that we don’t have to be different. In the heart’s world, we are always being loved for who we are, not who we "should" be.

In a world of duality, we strive to be more loving, kind, generous, and compassionate. But in the world of the heart, we discover our natural ground of being in which we are love itself. We uncover that our very nature is loving, kind, generous, and compassionate. These are the essential aspects of our being. When we live in the heart we don’t experience separation.

Here, there is only our Self and everyone we see is realized to be "I." And when all we see is our Self, who is there to hurt? Who, then, is there to tell a lie to, to be unkind to? There is only our Self. Living in the heart brings an end to violence and deception. When we live in and from the heart, we live in our essential compassion and love that moves us to help our neighbor, because we see that our neighbor is our Self.

It can be disorienting, at first, when everyone we see is our Self. It can be unsettling to contemplate that our striving to change ourselves is actually taking us away from being happy. Striving keeps us bound to our unhappiness. Striving is always for a future goal that lies forever "out there." When we stop striving and simply are, the mind grows quiet and we come to rest. It is important to note that in being, we do not become lethargic. The heart is divinely willful. Doing continues, but no longer from the attitude of trying to change ourselves. Simply stated, being is enough.

The nature of the mind is to split that which is one into two. This is its inherent tendency. There’s nothing wrong with this. It is just the way the mind functions. Without the mind we would not be able to conceptualize a cup to drink from, visualize a chair to sit in, or experience a separate "other" with which to have an intimate relationship. Our ability to live in the world of mind allows us to function as an individual and manipulate a world of separate objects.

But separation comes with a hefty price tag. Separation and fear co-arise. They are not disparate movements. When we live only from the perspective of being a separate individual, we experience our life filled with suffering, anxiety, and fear. And while we may try all kinds of remedial action, trying to bring an end to suffering, anxiety, and fear without solving the accompanying problem of separation is tantamount to rearranging the furniture on the Titanic. While any change may look good for a while, it provides no lasting resolution to the problem at hand. In order to bring an end to suffering, we must resolve the dilemma of feeling separate.

Our ability to bring an end to suffering depends on our capacity to examine our lives. No external or internal repair ultimately works. Our ability to live in this world of duality, while welcoming its various movements of sensation, feeling, emotion, and thought, provides the gateway we are looking for to enter this other wondrous world of loving Presence where we feel always whole, healed, and healthy.

When we accept ourselves as we are, when we unflinchingly realize that our suffering rises out of feeling alienated and separate from our Self, we become vulnerable, open, and respectful of everything we feel and think and do. We no longer blame others, but see the expectations that are clouding our vision. We no longer judge others for the way we feel, but experience our longing to connect and share intimately with ourselves and with others.

To live our humanness is to experience joy and suffering. To live from our heart is to enter the domain of peace and loving-kindness and the timeless reality of transcendent being. To live our Presence and our humanness are not separate movements. They are one. We must understand that any attempt to rid ourselves of our humanness in order to become enlightened gives rise to suffering. What we fundamentally are is not dependent upon changing circumstances.

However, exploring what does come and go opens us to experiencing our underlying, changeless, heartfelt Presence in which all coming and going arises. Separation heals when our hearts are open to what is. By feeling the places in ourselves we have judged, compassion and loving-kindness naturally arise. Paradox operates at every turn.

Being open to ourselves with deep trust and reverence facilitates healing. While we must be willing to face ourselves by ourselves, community is a vital component in healing into the loving heart. Our wounds are the entry points for love, which takes us beyond separation and suffering. Community facilitates healing by supporting our moving into, rather than away from, our experiences of separation.

In community, as with our Self, we do not analyze or attempt to change. Instead our stories of limitation and separation are welcomed. In welcoming, there is no prescription for being other than we are. And when we are open without expectation, what is welcomed ultimately empties into its underlying nature, which is unbounded, loving Presence—the open, vulnerable heart.

Love will never be found in the past or the future, which is the mind. Love is alive only in this present moment. When we awaken into the heart, we awaken to this present moment—to the now. While altars may be set with many adornments, the true altar is the heart that is tender, vulnerable, open, and welcoming. The heart that is on fire can’t wait. The heart—your heart, my heart—truly craves an intimacy that heals all separation. And it wants it now. The heart knows the truth that it needs to tell in order to open into the precious and loving Presence that we truly are. Why postpone what is inevitable, which is our full opening into the waiting arms of the heart, which is always our nearest.

What is the Relationship between Personality and Illness?

There exists a correlation between one's genetic personality and illnesses, behavioural patterns and weak sites which can be determined by personality traits and characteristics.

At Bigfish Strategies we believe Illness is a psycho-spiritual crisis involving the mind, the body, and the soul, rather than being the result of external factors such as viruses, bacterial infections and environmental contaminants.

The diagnostic process in treating illness is now taking into consideration hidden contributors such as personality, thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and beliefs. Allowing us to look at the direct connection between how the mental body affects the physical body.

People are now being educated on what they can do to improve their health, reverse the aging process, manage stress, and eliminate chronic illnesses. Now lets look at healing and curing as they are not the same in either approach nor in outcome. Curing seeks to fix the body and restore it back to where it was before it became ill. Healing seeks to make it better than it was before it became ill by removing the obstacles preventing the mind, the body, and the soul from creating good health.

Living a lifestyle conducive to good health, is a process of making healthy choices, engaging in healthy relationships, and doing something each day to give the soul what it needs, which is to grow personally and evolve spiritually. When we approach health this way we see health as being a process rather than focus on results.

It was Edgar Cayce who said, "Healing of the physical without the change in the mental and spiritual aspects brings little real help to the individual in the end. This is because the mind and the body imprint and imitate each other. What we think, we become. What we become, we think. It's an insidious process that can predispose us to illness or it can lead us to health.

If healing is your choice, then you have the power to heal yourself - The physical body is designed for self-healing. It comes equipped with a defence system that will ward off the external and internal contributors to illness. It's designed for self-regeneration by creating new healthy cells daily. It's designed to repair and revitalize itself. All you have to do is stay out of it's way by not creating obstacles and preventing it from doing its job.

Remember only you can heal yourself. No one else can - Healing is a personal journey of self-discovery and personal development. No one else can experience your emotions or understand the workings of your mind. No one else can create your thoughts. Others can help you recognize unhealthy thoughts, but only you can change them. You are your own best healer.

So where do we begin we begin by Healing the soul first, then the healing of the mind and body will take place. While the perspective of medicine is to heal the body first, the psycho-spiritual perspective reminds us to heal the soul first, for it's the source of your being and is the spiritual nature that animates your mind and body. If you begin here, then the mind and the body will heal simultaneously. What are the needs of the soul? They are to live joyfully, passionately, purposefully and to express these qualities in what you think, what you say and what you do.

In all honesty only love heals because the energy love carries within it an incredible healing power. When you send love to any part of your body that's hurting or not functioning properly it engages the healing powers of the soul and the mind. The mind shifts its attention from identifying a problem to finding solutions to heal the problem. The soul embraces that part of the body and floods it with the healing energy of love.

In addition the power of forgiveness creates the space for love in the heart - When your heart is full of fear or anger, sadness, or despair, there's no space for love, and without love it's difficult to remain healthy. While love is associated with the soul, forgiveness is associated with the mind, and represents the release of the emotional charges attached to hurtful thoughts. The thoughts we are referring to are the thoughts that create victim behaviour and cause you to live life tentatively rather than fully.

Remember the journey of life is one of change and the journey of healing is one of change. Change is what happens from one thought to another. It's what reshapes your thinking and moves you from the past into the present and from the present into the future. The first step in healing is forgiveness. The next step is love.

What is the Great Shift That is Taking Place on Planet Earth?

There is a change, a Shift under way that is affecting every aspect of our third dimensional reality.

This Shift is so far-reaching that our limited imagination cannot begin to grasp the transition and change we are now in the midst of experiencing. This Shift is affecting every aspect of life on the planet; political, social and economic structures, the environment, every institution, the wars, how we view our relationships, our work, every thought we think and every feeling we feel.

It is altering Time, our memory, our DNA, the wiring of our physical and emotional bodies, our beliefs, our perceptions of good and bad, right and wrong and especially our awareness of what is possible.

The Shift is composed of huge waves of Light which hold massive amounts of information and instructions. These waves are re-wiring our DNA, upgrading the body’s physical, emotional and mental systems. These waves of Light are activating the fourth and fifth dimensional chakras, aligning us with a higher awareness. This Shift is providing new understandings of how to once again live in harmony with each other, the environment and All That Is. However, between this new “Heaven on Earth” and where we currently exist, there is transition.

The Transition

This transition, as exciting and wonderful as it is, is creating difficulties for many. These difficulties are occurring as this pace quickens, and we continue to hold our third dimensional beliefs and habits as truths. We continue to argue for the right and wrongs, judge others for their actions or fix them because “we know better.” These actions belong to the third dimension and they must be released. As long as we continue to hold these limitations, we will experience the affects of this Shift within our physical and emotional bodies. These affects are known as Ascension Symptoms.

Symptoms, such as,, dizziness, confusion, loss of focus, headaches, fatigue, digestion discomfort, anxiety, etc.

You may be experiencing Time going faster. There is more on your plate and less time to complete it. You may be losing aspects of your memories (no, it’s not Alzheimer’s). Things that were once very important are no longer as important. And most of us are feeling a heightened sense of distraction coupled with an emotional sense that something is just not right.

As we argue for our limitations and hold on to the old beliefs which no longer support us, we create a resistance or blockage within our four-body system creating these discomforts. The third dimensional reality as we have known it is shifting. It is becoming far more grand, aligned and balanced, moving into a Higher Consciousness. Humanity is waking up and as it does, the old structures that have supported duality, maintained separation and have controlled the masses with fear are crumbling.

As this new Light finds it way into every corner of darkness, those that live within the darkness are beginning to recoil, react and become very noisy. They will scream the loudest to maintain the status quo. They are creating imbalance, wars, economic failures and many other distractions to prevent this Shift from occurring. They will, for a short time, become very loud, generating much fear in their attempt to avoid this Shift. As this new Light flows within each of us, we are now receiving new information, opportunities and choices which were not available to us in the past. These choices are now allowing each of us to step out of the fear, distraction and separation. By grounding, realigning your energy fields, stabilizing your attention point and focus, you will keep the bodies safe, successful and happy during the transition.

Grounding

Grounding is something almost everyone has considered. But grounding is not a thought; it is an action, a tool to dissipate noisy thoughts, anxiety and undesirable emotions that run through our bodies. If you would close your eyes and in your imagination create an image of a beam of Light, a line of energy, a tree trunk, a pipe or a chain. Just pretend. Then connect one end to the lowest tip of your spine, the first chakra. Feel the connection. Make this real. Then drop the other end of the line to the center of the earth. The center of the earth is not very far away. See the line of energy strongly connect to the center of the earth. With your imagination reach down and tug on both ends and feel the connection. Now, expand the line to about eight inches in diameter and give it the command to activate and become magnetic. Take a breath and notice the relaxation.

The command to activate allows the grounding line, a natural part of your body’s operating system, to release thoughts and emotions that do not belong to you, but constantly affect you. These thoughts and emotions flow through the unprotected energy field, stimulating emotions, creating reaction and discomfort. Interestingly, the majority of thoughts you think belong to the world surrounding you and have very little to do with you at all. But once they are in your space they create a distraction, distort your attention and direct your life. Grounding minimizes this noise.

The Octahedron

Surrounding you are a number of energy fields, one of which you know as the aura. The aura gathers, retains and files every thought, word and action that occurs within, through and around you. In other words it holds a lot of information, much of which has very little to do with you. This energy field is also an antenna. It attracts frequencies of thought. If you can manage the antenna, you can manage what the antenna attracts. Constructing this antenna around you creates a powerful energy field which aligns with the information of the Shift and your own internal guidance system. In Sacred Geometry there are five forms known as Platonic Solids which hold unique characteristics. One is the Octahedron. It is one four-sided pyramid pointing up with a second four-sided pyramid connected at the base and pointing down.

Find a point about two feet in front of you and, with your imagination, place a dot there. Then place another dot two feet directly behind you and two more dots, two feet to the left and right of you. Place a dot about two feet above your head and another below your feet. Six dots. This is an experiential, not a mental, exercise. Feel each of the dots and see them with your imagination. Now, from the point above your head draw four lines connecting to the four dots surrounding you. Then connect each of those four dots creating a four-sided pyramid. See it. Feel it around you. Next, from the point below your feet, draw four lines connecting up to the four dots surrounding you. This will create a sense of containment.

This containment is not a wall or a defense system; it is a safe vessel that allows you to move around without becoming affected by the noise. It is also an antenna, which aligns with the Light and Infinite Intelligence being transmitted during this Shift. The Octahedron creates an alignment with all that you are and simply filters out that which you are not.

Experience and play with these tools. As simple as they are, they will alter your conscious reality and allow you to enjoy the unfolding Shift.

The physical world system that we live in is a world system institutionalized by the negative ego or lower self consciousness and it permeates all aspects of our society.

When we come to understand that our culture was not created by us but for us, and that we are culturally created individuals and that our values are learned from a culture based on our individual ego’s fears and desires. Then an opportunity presents itself for each of us to embrace the change needed to take back our individual sovereignty. A right to reclaim the unlimited amount of power that resides within each and every human being. Thus providing each of us an opportunity to become co-creators of the world in which we long for, a world which is inclusive of all beings, honouring life, providing prosperity and abundance for all of humanity under the auspice of unconditional love.

We must come to know that culture creation is very integral in the development of our personality and self image which in turn gives us a life structure and a sense of security, it is in fact wired in the constitution of man.

For many of us our personality or self image has been moulded and conditioned through the beliefs and values instilled by our parents in the early years and as adults through consumerism.

You see the human nature is always wanting and seeking and needing to fulfil it’s desires that is the very nature of being human it is an action oriented tool.

The human body propels us into action to get the things we think we want and need. However the mind also plays a very important part in the process it is through our thoughts and emotions that create our behaviour.

Please note that the mind through our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and judgements uses up our store of vital energy.

Some of us are very invested in our identifications; our ideas about ourselves-how we should look, how we should feel, what we should or shouldn't be doing-are so strong that if it was possible to ask someone why they have such an investment in the identification and ideas about themselves, I bet you the answer would be "I don’t know - that’s how things are done around here." But what they won’t tell you is that their very survival is dependent upon the identification of who they think they are.

You are not your name your title your position, your job, your social status, your family, the amount of money you have, all that makes up the identity of you. In order to learn the truth of who you are there is a transformation process that needs to take place that dissolves old patterns of thought and behaviour that holds us back.

When we can identify and peal away old concepts and their corresponding life structures which prevent growth we realize that they no longer serve our creative purpose and need to be eliminated. Much pain and agony may arise in the process of releasing our vital energy from useless forms of habitual non-productive psychological patterns, but this is also the very energy that will nourish us and enable us to push onward toward new growth.

Remember endings are the pre-curser to new beginnings.

1. Choose ONE thing to manifest and be super specific about what it is.

2. Speak your intention out loud in future, present and past tense.

An example of this would be, "I am so excited that I'm going to make $5,000 next month selling xyz! I just made $5000 this month selling xyz and am loving my job! I made $5000 last month selling xyz and I feel amazing inside!" Speaking these 3 messages out loud (in this future to past order) helps your body FEEL the end result and get super excited about manifesting it today!

3. Write your desired end result on a piece of paper and read it every day.

Did you know that 90% of people don't write down their desires, and that 90% of people have difficulty manifesting what they want? Coincidence? I don't think so. It's best to describe your desired outcome in GREAT detail in the present tense and don't leave anything out. For instance, "I have a new career in internet marketing where I make at least $5,000 a month working with authentic, happy, fun-loving people!"

4. Take massive action out in the world as if your intention is already happening!

The Universe needs to know you are sincere about your intention so it can support you in the best way possible. After you FEEL and VISUALIZE your outcome manifesting, its best to use that excited energy out in the real world! By making phone calls, sending emails, getting out of your house and connecting face to face with people you'll see its the best way to get the manifesting sparks flying! Massive inspired action creates a heighten sense of joy inside as well as a new found awareness that you are living your life on purpose. Best of all, you end up "accidentally" bumping into the right people as a by product of being out of the house!

5. Trust in the Universe and allow its Divine Intelligence to guide you!

How is The Mind Like a Computer Operating System?

A simple way to understand the mind and how it operates is to think of a computer which has an underlying operating system that runs software programs for different tasks and functions.

Our brain is similar to the hardware a computer, hardware meaning the actual guts of the computer, what one can touch and feel: ie. hard drive, RAM, ROM etc. Our mind is the software loaded onto the hardware. Software is the programs loaded into the computer, Word, excel, email program, the browser for the internet.

Your mind software is literally all the information that has been and is still being collected over one’s life time that makes up who each of us is as a personality. From the day we are born we begin programming the software of our mind.

How we think, what we believe, how we are to feel, who we should be, who we should not be is all programmed into our minds. As time goes on we learn to speak, act and become this software. The software program is also another way of looking at our Ego or our personality.

The entire purpose for the creation of the software, that is our ego, is to guide and protect us. Its intention is to guide us toward love, joy and happiness and to move us away from suffering, pain and unhappiness. It is programmed primarily to act as our main guidance system.

It is unfortunate but in all honesty it is our attachment to our personal story that causes most of the pain and suffering in our life.

If we hold onto a philosophy, a belief system, or an agenda of any kind, we create a barrier to the unfolding of something deeper, something more authentic, fresh, and alive. When our beliefs reinforce the idea of being a separate "self," a lonely wave in the ocean of life, it is that separation that breeds feelings of isolation, insecurity, and fear. But when we let go of all philosophies, all stories, and just be, happiness is available.

Forget the philosophies, the stories, the beliefs, the theories and just abide in the openness and freedom of our true nature. It is then that we really will be happy. We'll live out of wholeness, with wisdom and compassion, and we'll do what needs to be done—without fuss, without bother.

Until you actually awaken to deeper levels of freedom, it’s inevitable that you will try to hold onto a story—some thought, belief, concept, story, or philosophy—which gives you the flavour and feeling of the freedom you seek.

This is okay up to a point, but eventually it will become clear to you that even the words and philosophies, no matter how accurate or succinct they may be, have to be released.

Let’s try and exercise right here right now see if you can touch that place right now…Begin by closing your eyes and just be present with whatever you are experiencing.

Notice any thoughts or stories passing through your mind, and any sensations of feelings in your body, and see them for what they are… Just passing phenomena, coming and going… Now visualize yourself as empty space on the inside of your body, an emptiness which is at the same time, infinitely full… Notice how “you,” as the one who is aware of all this, are still very much here... In this moment, you need no story or philosophy to define you… Then open your eyes and just be present as the beautiful, conscious person you are…

Here is another tool to help you end the story and live your life.
If you use this four step process to end your personal story what arises is an opportunity to enter the depth of inner freedom also known as awakening, enlightenment, or self-realization and allowing you to feel peace, love, and creative joy within.

Step 1: Be Present With Your Experience

Normally we deny, resist, or try to push away unwanted experiences, but if you are in conflict, upset, or suffering, you must learn to be present with it, to feel it out, even welcome it. After all, it is showing you where you are not yet free. Ask yourself: “What am I experiencing right now?”

Step 2: Notice the Story

Be aware of the reactive emotion, whether it is stress, self-doubt, guilt, anger, jealousy, loneliness, anxiety, depression, or fear, and then notice the story, belief, or thought behind it. There always is one. The mind generates your emotions. It may be a story from the past triggering the reaction, or a fear of something in the future.

Step 3: See the Truth

Now take a deep, slow breath, and relax. Continue to be with the feeling, but don’t create a new story around it. Notice how the story or thought is always changing. It comes and it goes, but “you,” as an aware being, are ever-present.
In time, as you become freer, you will inevitably inquire into this “me,” this “I” that you take yourself to be.

Step 4: See that it is Just a Story

This is the fourth step needed to fully awaken. When you see that it is just a story too, the story-teller, your emotional energy harmonizes and living becomes rich in meaning, love, and purpose. Then the stories in your life become a whole lot more fun, and you use the power of them, and of your goals and dreams, to create what you are passionate about.

The Secret "how-to's" of Manifestation?

You have your own Internal Manifestation System within your physical body, and it has all the information you need to guide your thoughts regarding life decisions, large and small, how to create your way out of struggle and stress, and how to move toward a more fulfilling life both spiritually and materially for yourself, those in your life and the world.

The sensations we feel in our body, (opening/expansion and closing/contraction act as signals of your manifestation system at work) are never in response to what is happening in the world around you, only on what you are thinking about the people and the world, this includes the thoughts you have about yourself.

The purpose of your internal manifestation system is to provide you with immediate feedback on whether your thoughts and choices are bringing you toward greater joy, love and compassion or bringing you suffering, illusion, pain and rejection. Why this makes a difference is because where you place your mental focus on creates what you get in life.

If you look at all the self help books, sports training books, leadership, business books, it is all about being clear in your goals and focusing your attention toward the achievement of those goals and focusing your mind does work in the short term.

However, many of us have so many thoughts running though our minds that we often have a challenging time deciding what to focus on, how to maintain our focus on empowering thoughts and instead we get trapped in the disempowering thoughts.

Your Internal manifestation System is a largely untapped resource in helping you to experience your highest purpose and at the same time naturally attempting to lead you toward achieving your most empowered self and the perspective that will bring you the life you desire. We have never been taught to understand this manifestation system and until now there has not been a teachable understanding of this system.

When your Internal Manifestation System contracts it triggers a response in the mind and body which is what most consider to be stress, frustration, anxiety, and anger however these sensations are connected to our thoughts and thus it is in shifting your thoughts that relief is created. Yes, all of these feelings and sensations are actually the closing of your Internal Manifestation System. What is really going on is that the closed and collapsed feeling in your chest and the knotted ball in your stomach is your Internal Manifestation System letting you know you need to shift your perspective immediately.

When your thoughts and highest purpose are in alignment, you feel an expanding or opening sensation, a lightening and an uprising sensation in the body. An easing in combination with any thoughts no matter how small the expansion or opening of the Internal Manifesation System means you are on the right track, you are empowered in the moment to move forward with confidence. That is literally your Internal Manifestation System confirming that your thoughts are aligned with your highest good.

What is important for you to know now is that this feedback loop can forever alleviate the suffering, anxiety, fear, pain and insecurity that you may feel at any moment in life, however learning to incorporate positive thoughts is just one step in the process.

Many people think that having good or positive thoughts automatically will feel good and thus bring this open feeling however this is not the case. We can have “good” thoughts that close us and we can have “bad” thoughts that are opening. The Internal Manifestation System is not dependant on the quality of the thought only whether or not the thoughts are True, in alignment with what will bring us towards our highest good and desires or away.

The Internal Manifestation System gives you insight into what the priorities are and can help provide an understanding of the repeating patterns of thinking and behaving that stand in the way of a greater experience of peace and relaxation. The Internal Manifestation System’s purpose is to reveal the thinking and behaviour that is actually keeping you from what you dream of having.

Please note the Internal Manifestation System takes time and practice to incorporate this tool into your daily practice as simple as it sounds it is honestly more complex than just following the opening and closing of your internal manifestation system. The reason for this is because we are engaging with our minds and our emotions from a completely new frame of reference and it is crucial that you learn the distinctions for this new frame of “mind” to be consistent and successful with your Internal Manifestation System.

What is the Energy of Prosperity?

Prosperity like anything else is simply energy. It is actually an energetic force that flows from one person to another just like any other energy that is sent out and received.

What stops the flow of prosperity back to you? It is simply a fear of energy overriding all others. The fear that it will disappear. This fear stops the circulation or the flow of prosperity energy. If you are not sending out – nothing will be returned. The result of this is that you never feel like you have enough.

There seems to be an almost universal reaction to prosperity. You can never have enough. This is a vicious circle. When you experience a true financial challenge you surround your circumstances with an additional fear that only causes you to block your energy.

What are some of the blocks that exist that do not allow us to have prosperity and abundance in our lives? Believe it or not many of us are actually uncomfortable with money. Money is a powerful energy.

Money allows or disallows us to do live our dreams and desires. One of the major blocks of abundance is guilt. When we have a flow of abundance we feel guilty of having money. We are holding on to negative judgments and beliefs about money and abundance.

You do not have to have money to have this block. Many who do not have an abundance waterfall have the same guilt. I am not worthy. If you have abundance you are self serving. Money only makes you greedy. This block has to be removed if we are going to have the waterfall of abundance. Think of prosperity or money as spiritual energy in action to begin to remove this block. Because only when you remove this block and begin to believe that you deserve the abundance of prosperity will you be able to draw the prosperity to you.

There are two different types of energies at work here. There is magnetic energy and dynamic energy. Magnetic energy draws abundance to you. The more you work with magnetic energy the more you will be able to attract abundance to you. Begin to practice magnetic visualization of prosperity by visualizing what it would be like to have an unlimited amount of money. What would you do with it? How would you benefit others with it? Begin to see the waterfall of abundance flowing over to your family, friends and community. This begins to have the effect of a spiritual mind treatment of removing the guilt block.

After you practice this visualization for some time, close your eyes and visualize a spinning silver orb in front of your face. Using belly breathing direct your breath into the orb. Feel as though you a magnet drawing your money from the orb into your self. Let go of any thoughts about or resistance to the impossibility of this or the feelings that you do not deserve and simply let the good feelings of having what you want permeate every cell of your body, creating a sense of joy.

Okay it is one thing to visualize this but how do you make it a reality. Visualization is one thing, having the abundance is another. Another block – the I don't deserve it block. Fear holds you back. Let's go back to the silver orb and see your abundance visualization. What would have to happen in the physical world for that to be a reality? We are not talking about the dream of lottery winnings here.

We are talking dream job or creative new business idea. This is work. What is the first step? Getting the new job? Take a deep breath “I deserve a job that I love and am excited about”, “I deserve to be financially rewarded for my value”, and “I am talented and deserve to have the physical and financial support to manifest my creative business idea”. Sound far fetched to begin repeating affirmations or power mantra's. Not really.

Try this in front of a mirror. Do the deep breath and start repeating these mantra's to yourself. The more you repeat them, the more you practice them, the more you begin to believe them. This is dynamic energy. When you repeat an action on a daily basis you are creating a spiritual mind treatment to remove the block. Remember we were talking about a block to receive prosperity here that was embedded within you.

The more that you allow yourself to receive, the more you will receive. Another block. Not taking responsibility for creating what you desire. You have to start the ball rolling here. No one can do that for you and no one will. It is your dream, your visualization that is being worked on – not someone else. You need to take the initiative to begin to change the internal reasons that the Law of Attraction and manifestation does not work for you.

I realize that everyone wants the quick and easy fix. The reality is that unless you are willing to do some work the waterfall of abundance is going to flow around you but never over you.. You have to jump in with both feet if you want to manifest any desire that you have. There are a number of other blocks that each of us have created ourselves from our experiences as to why we do not allow the flow of energy to us.

As I said before, abundance, prosperity, money – these are all just simply energy. Anyone can tap into that flow of energy and have it cascade down over themselves. I always liken it to the age old description of our bodies being like antenna's that have to be fine tuned in if we want to receive the optimum flow of energy. By removing the blocks that we have set up ourselves, we are fine tuning into the energy vibration of abundance.

Remember that every thought you think is a psychic energy. Every thought affects your abundance. Every though is carried on a psychic level and attracts its like on a psychic level. Every thought has a magnetic property associated with it. So every thought you have that is prosperous will attract prosperity. Re-programming your mind and sublimating negative thought energies by establishing positive thought patterns is key.

A simple power mantra is “In the perfect mind of the universe, financial prosperity is mine already...this moment....and I give thanks that so it is.” Simple but highly effective. It is changing a number of thought patterns in one simple mantra.

Let's just try this mental Magnetism technique in action here. I want you to regard your mind as being a magnet and having magnetism to attract things to you from the psychic energy flow. Breath a controlled whisper breath by breathing in through your nose with the tip of your tongue touching the roof of your mouth and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your eyes close softly and relax as you simply concentrate fully upon the idea that your mind is a mental magnet and that you possess the mental and psychic magnetism to draw money and prosperity to you.

In your mind see and imagine yourself sitting in the space you now occupy. Imagine that floating through the air toward you is a twenty dollar bill. Draw it to you. Don't try to figure out how it is getting to you in the physical reality. Simply imagine that you are drawing a twenty dollar bill to you. Imagine now that there are 100's of twenty dollar bills coming towards you. They are following the single bill you have drawn to you. Imagine as a cascade of bills are now coming to you while you continue to breath in through your mouth and exhale slowly. A waterfall flowing down over you. Begin to repeat “The Universe is my supply and my account is supplied to meet my every need.” When you are ready slowly return to your physical thought while still holding the essence of the treatment.

Try it out and see what happens!

We comprehend on many levels the physical world system that we currently live in which is based on fear and illusion and we have a comprehensive understanding of the real world system that we all come from and the fact that we are spiritual beings incarnated on earth to assist the physical universe in the process of ascension. You see the RippleFx Manifestation System is a spiritual system that provides answers to some of the big spiritual question while facilitating spiritual awakening and then acts as a bridge between the physical world system that you live in and the real world system that you and I come from and it makes the journey a little more comfortable. Now the RippleFx Teachings consists of seven modules. I will go into that in more detail as well in future posts but let me just finish with a little bit of information about myself.

My name is Kerrace Alexander, I am the one who developed the RippleFx Teachings and the RippleFX Manifesation System and Bigfish Strategies Inc is my company. The company was incorporated on Valentines Day! February 14, 2005. In all honesty I was not conscious of the date or the symbolic meaning that date would bring to the company. The RippleFX Manifestation System teaches individuals how to live from the heart rather then the ego- based thought system we have been conditioned into since we incarnated here in this physical world.

In closing I have to say that it is only through my own personal spiritual awakening assension process that I was able to develop the RippleFx Teachings and RippleFX Manifestation System and it is my wish that it provides you with the gifts of love joy, abundance and spiritual freedom that it has given me to create the life you want to live without fear and with love.

So you want to learn more. Awesome! Well, the first thing that you need to know is that this is the home of The RippleFX Journey.

And what is the RippleFX Journey?

Well, the RippleFX Journey is the name for my non-denominational system of living and loving without fear. The system consists of a graded course of study designed to move you out of spiritual darkness and confusion and into the full light of day. If that sounds mystical and out there for you, basically I'm going to help you take your blindfold off.

And how do I propose to do that?

By reminding you of the awesome Truth basically.
By reminding you of who are and what you are doing here, by providing you with guidance and tools to ensure you stay grounded and stable throughout the process of awakening to your higher power, and by teaching you skills and techniques that you can use to help others do the same. And that is all there is to it.

Now, I know it doesn't sound like much. I know that, depending on your spiritual background (or lack thereof), you will be expecting excruciating difficulty, grinding moral testing, difficult evolutionary challenges, convoluted philosophical rocket science, unforgiving judgment, or horrible consequences for failure.

I know that you might even be expecting beams from the galaxy center, Christ, lightships, magical pole shifts, or mystical evolutionary advances to handle the whole thing for you. Unfortunately, that's all a bunch of confused, marketing. The truth is, the power is within you and as soon as you know that, as soon as you remember who you are, and as soon as you understand it all starts with you, then everything begins to change.

It is that easy, and it is up to you.

You can continue to do what you've been socialized to do and look outside yourself to Christ, lightships, the "great white brotherhood" or whatever for salvation, or you can follow my advice, turn to yourself, and begin the process of filling up the vessel with the light of your own higher consciousness, but know that It's your choice.

I won't kid you, there is a ton of material here and more is coming every day. How is The Mind like a "Computer Operating System?"

A simple way to understand the mind and how it operates is to think of a computer which has an underlying operating system that runs software programs for different tasks and functions.

Our brain is similar to the hardware a computer, hardware meaning the actual guts of the computer, what one can touch and feel: ie. hard drive, RAM, ROM etc. Our mind is the software loaded onto the hardware. Software is the programs loaded into the computer, Word, excel, email program, the browser for the internet.

Your mind software is literally all the information that has been and is still being collected over one’s life time that makes up who each of us is as a personality. From the day we are born we begin programming the software of our mind.

How we think, what we believe, how we are to feel, who we should be, who we should not be is all programmed into our minds. As time goes on we learn to speak, act and become this software. The software program is also another way of looking at our Ego or our personality.

The entire purpose for the creation of the software, that is our ego, is to guide and protect us. Its intention is to guide us toward love, joy and happiness and to move us away from suffering, pain and unhappiness. It is programmed primarily to act as our main guidance system.

Your Internal Manifestation System which resides in your physical body is the operating system you need to create your reality.

How Does Culture Creation Impact Your Personality?

The physical world system that we live in is a world system institutionalized by the negative ego or lower self consciousness and it permeates all aspects of our society.

When we come to understand that our culture was not created by us but for us. When we learn that we are culturally created individuals and that our values are learned from a culture based on our individual ego’s fears and desires. Then an opportunity presents itself for each of us to embrace the change needed to take back our individual sovereignty. A right to reclaim the unlimited amount of power that resides within each and every human being. Thus providing each of us an opportunity to become co-creators of the world in which we long for, a world which is inclusive of all beings, honouring life, providing prosperity and abundance for all of humanity under the auspice of unconditional love.

We must come to know that culture creation is very integral in the development of our personality and self image which in turn gives us a life structure and a sense of security, it is in fact wired in the constitution of man.

For many of us our personality or self image has been moulded and conditioned through the beliefs and values instilled by our parents in the early years and as adults through consumerism.

You see the human nature is always wanting and seeking and needing to fulfil it’s desires that is the very nature of being human it is an action oriented tool.

The human body propels us into action to get the things we think we want and need. However the mind also plays a very important part in the process it is through our thoughts and emotions that create our behaviour.

Please note that the mind through our thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and judgements uses up our store of vital energy.

Some of us are very invested in our identifications; our ideas about ourselves-how we should look, how we should feel, what we should or shouldn't be doing-are so strong that if it was possible to ask someone why they have such an investment in the identification and ideas about themselves, I bet you the answer would be "I don’t know - that’s how things are done around here." But what they won’t tell you is that their very survival is dependent upon the identification of who they think they are.

You are not your name your title your position, your job, your social status, your family, the amount of money you have, all that makes up the identity of you. In order to learn the truth of who you are there is a transformation process that needs to take place that dissolves old patterns of thought and behaviour that holds us back.

When we can identify and peal away old concepts and their corresponding life structures which prevent growth we realize that they no longer serve our creative purpose and need to be eliminated. Much pain and agony may arise in the process of releasing our vital energy from useless forms of habitual non-productive psychological patterns, but this is also the very energy that will nourish us and enable us to push onward toward new growth.

Remember endings are the pre-curser to new beginnings.

Do You....

Live with fear and anxiety or stress?
withhold emotions and live in silence?
get triggered by others and have emotional outbursts?
feel stuck, unable to move forward?
feel depressed, trapped, hopeless or wondering what your Life Mission is?

When we can begin to recognize our unwanted inner feelings and emotions, we have taken the first step in recognizing a split from our true authentic self. This is the recognition that is needed to allow us to let go of our past and make room to create a future we desire.

Emotions and feelings are energy and energy does not just disappear. When emotions and feelings are not expressed appropriately they get stored in the physical body. Emotional energy that we experience in our childhood into our adult life does not go away just because we are forced to deny it or choose to repress it in order to survive.

If we didn’t learn how to release emotions in healthy ways in our childhood what tends to happen in our adult life is we develop emotional triggers which shape our personality these triggers get activated when we interact with people causing our emotional reactions to explode outward or implode back in on us. If repressed emotions are not released they can bring about other problems such as mental or physical illness. The result is we will use food, cigarettes, alcohol drugs, overwork, extreme exercise or other obsessive or harmful behaviours to cope.

It is important to remember that our bodies are like a computer. The organs along with every cell in the body act as a file. These files contain every event and memory from before we were born to the present. The memories may range from being allowed to cry or laugh which can have a major effect, causing us to repress our true emotions to memories of abuse and trauma in many forms, causing us to remain in a fight/flight self –defence mode affecting us mentally, physically and emotionally, chemically and spiritually.

There are only two emotions that run our lives fear based emotions and love based emotions. With this awareness, we can seek ways to release from our body, mind and spirit the effects of unwanted emotions, feelings and past trauma. Tapping into our conscious and subconscious mind allows us to reconnect with our authentic self.

We offer over the phone deep emotional release work using deep emotional release techniques with re-patterning and re-programming releasing old belief systems.

Love Permeates All That Exists

Unconditional Love is your Natural Inheritance.

Be still as you are nothing is required and know within your heart that this universe you inhabit is pure love.

You are a conscious being manifested into this 3rd dimensional reality to remember who you are in human form which is pure love.

You were born into this lifetime to develop your personality through the many gifts you have been given to share in the co-creation of a new earth that is yet to be born and to experience a life of joy through that which you create and manifest.

This consciousness that is you embodies a resonance of love that permeates from the human heart. The love that I speak of is love with no attachment but a deep connection to all that exits.

This Love that is you permeates all that exists on earth and in the universe in fact the universe is pure love expressing itself through you as consciousness.

This universe of love because it is so sensitive it is a vibration that can be moulded, conditioned, imprinted, directed and distorted in many forms.

This Love that I speak of finds it’s way to you through the awakening process it is a journey where one lets go of the ego and surrenders into the heart deepening your connection to all of life that is your being.

When you surrender into your being right here right now a resonance arises in your heart chakra pulsating like a heartbeat there is no thought present it is just being here in the moment in stillness at peace where the identity of you is not wanting needing or desiring in the moment everything that is needed is present.

Meditation is the process and practice of quieting the conscious mind. Why do we want to quiet the mind ?

The Next Step in Human Evolution is to Learn "The Universal Language of Love"

Humanity at this particular time in history is being asked to learn this universal language of love as the next step in it’s evolutionary process.

I believe a universal language of love permeates all that exists. This universal language of love is subtle yet it is pure to its core which gives it an undeniable strength, it can never be tainted or penetrated.

The universal language of love is experienced as the conscious entity within each and every human being and emanates from the human heart. Once you experience the truth of who you are from the human heart which is unconditional love on an individual level, then the universal language of love can be remembered, learned, and integrated on a collective level allowing the physical world consciousness to come into balance through the heart of the earth and then the world can come into alignment with the cosmic heart of the universe.

The accessibility to learning the universal language of unconditional love has traditionally been available to saints, mystics and prophets, such as Buddah, Jesus and is now available to all of humanity at this time it is a part of the physical world’s evolutionary cycle. You see unconditional love is our natural inheritance yet it has never been available to be experienced in the physical world on a massive scale up until now, so you could say it is a wonderful time to be alive.

The language of love in the physical world we currently live in is a love based on separation and fragmentation which does not allow for the full interpretation of love to be explored or experienced from a physical perspective.

This is why the physical language of love has become difficult for it to maintain its integrity in the physical world and that is why our world is going through a re-birthing process as part of it’s evolutionary cycle. This evolutionary cycle is a natural process of evolution in order to bring all the fragmented pieces of the physical language of love together into wholeness.

The current state of our external reality is a reflection of the process that we are currently undergoing. This can be seen by the many fragmented individual and world views, social conditioning, breaking down of individual, social, economic and governmental structures and systems, greed is becoming a construct in the fabric of the physical culture and world structure for example, national and international agendas in the accumulation of power and wealth and the acquisition and depletion of rich and poor countries natural resources.

It is not that the pieces of love are not present in the physical world to make the change needed it is that we have not learned how to use the real world language of love as a catalyst for change. We have not learned the real world language of love to solve our problems.

In order to help the physical world consciousness begin to bring the pieces of fragmented love held in physical world consciousness together, Universal Intelligence is attempting to communicate with individuals who live in the Earth. This communication is extremely advanced, and it will take some time for physical world consciousness to begin to communicate at this level but the process is currently underway.

The purpose of advancing physical communication to a universal level is to end separation, and to bring the fragmented pieces of love that exist within physical consciousness into wholeness.

When we learn how to speak the language of love at a universal level we will be able to co-create a world that supports the earth and it’s inhabitants in order to build a sustainable future.

The thoughts that surround the fragmented pieces of physical Love are beliefs. These beliefs are projected through the lens of fear. The primary purpose in the evolution of humanity at this time is to learn that fear is not useful, and that it is not real. Once fear is exposed physical world consciousness can begin to realize there is another way.

When fear is not used for protection, there is no need for war, conflict, hate, weapons, protecting children, disease, depression etc., when we see the world though the lens of love, this new beginning is the one that ushers in global peace. Because peace is the conductor of Love, and because only Love is real, then consciousness evolves, as does the Earth.

The purpose of a universal language of love is not to destroy belief, but to help it evolve into a new understanding. A new understanding will allow the world access to a way of being together and co-creating a world that it can only guess at, because the physical intellect and it’s current belief system does not have access to this language of love because all belief in the physical world is dependent on fragmented love for its reality, therefore it is impossible for the whole purpose of Love to be understood by individual belief or collective fragmented belief in this physical world.

Please know that the universal intelligence that governs this universe understands that without whole Love understanding, the Earth will not survive. Faulty, or partial understanding will not protect the future of the Earth. Because the Earth and its inhabitants are one, the Love that is needed to evolve both are being universally provided.

The re-education of physical world consciousness is a global plan and although individuals will be used to support the implementation of the plan, the interpretation must come from a universal source. This is because the universe has the ability to see the whole picture without external interruption.

Because words are the source of physical language, the purpose of words will shift to take on a new understanding in physical world consciousness. As the individual and physical world belief system advances towards a new understanding without fear, the Earth will begin to reflect this new understanding.

Old patterns of belief will be broken apart, and will begin to shift and merge together to form a whole purpose. This purpose will reflect a whole interpretation of Love. This will give new purpose for communication, as well as a new world and individual value system for it.

Please remember it is not difficult, and it does not take a lot of skill. What it does take is a desire to move beyond what is old to grasp something new. This is what is called dimensional learning. Because the mind is multi dimensional, it is entirely possible to learn and communicate at a Universal level.

This is an exciting time as the ability to communicate at a Universal level provides many opportunities for humanity. Individuals who wish to open their heart and learn how to communicate at a new dimension are being offered the opportunity at this time. What are Spiritual Awakening and Ascension Symptoms?

Now, before we get into a discussion of ascension symptoms , we need to make an important distinction. We need to distinguish between "awakening" (and awakening symptoms) and "ascension" (and ascension symptoms).

Writers who write about "ascension symptoms" almost always get these two things confused telling you all about ascension symptoms when they are really talking about awakening symptoms.

It's not their failure. In truth, it is hard to distinguish ascension from awakening. The problem is, the two always occur together. These days, when you begin the process of awakening, you also begin the process of ascension. Conversely, when you begin the process of ascension, you also start to wake up. The two go hand in hand; but, they are different. So what's the difference? Well, thankfully it is not rocket science. Spiritual awakening is essentially about returning your body to the full consciousness of your full spiritual light. When you awaken, your mind expands (think of it like a balloon expanding with light) to allow more of your higher consciousness in. You can also think of it via a Water Glass Metaphor.

If you think of your body as an empty vessel (i.e. a water glass), and your consciousness as water in a jug, then awakening is filling up your body (i.e. your water glass) with your own conscious self (i.e. the water from the jug). Now, although the idea of awakening is easy to conceive, the process of awakening can be difficult. For reasons I outline elsewhere, awaking is often a challenging process.

When you awaken, your body and mind clear emotions, clear karma, fears, and generally gets rid of a few thousand years of negative experience and programming. It's this clearing process that provides the symptomontology of awakening and it's this clearing process that most writers confuse for ascension.

So what are the symptoms of this awakening/clearing process? Well, in the early stages of awakening you will probably experience one or more of the following symptoms which you may or may not understand.

•intense emotional responses like sadness or anger. This occurs as you begin to touch buried systems with highly charged emotional content. You may be aware of the root of the emotions, or not. If not you should endeavor to bring to the surface whatever it is that is causing your emotional response.

•spontaneous chakra activations. Vibrations and thrumming in the locations of your chakras. This is generally a good sign and shows that you have made significant progress in clearing chakra blockages.

•weird thoughts and visions and the feeling that you might be going crazy. This happens as your brain "lights up" under the influence of it's higher consciousness. It's like blowing oxygen onto a candle flame. It flares up, sputters, and burns brighter. This is a good thing if your thoughts are controlled and you can avoid dwelling on fear and negativity, but it's a bad thing if you find yourself caught up in negative thought patterns. Watch out! You don't want to stick with those negative thought patterns. Negative thought patterns have a tendency of turning your awakening process sour.

•psychological disorientation caused by difficulty processing all the additional information you get from enhanced consciousness and awareness of the world. Sometimes spiritual awakening is accompanied by rapid information flow. It's like somebody suddenly turned a fire hose on in your brain. Once again this is an issue of control. This is not something you want to continue. It is important to get control of your thinking processes.

Once you're past the early stages of awakening (which can take as long as a few months or as little as a few minutes) depending on a) your response to issues and blockages and b) your ability to control your awakening mind, then a longer period of integration begins. When this occurs, your awakenig symptoms will change. During this intermediate period you may experience one or more of the following "symptoms."

•increased awareness of "the problems" in the world. As you awaken you are going to notice more of what's wrong around you. This may be in your personal life, your social life, even your national life. When you do start to notice it, you may initially feel like you are a bit crazy since you'll find that the people around you either a) don't notice or, if they do notice b) pretend not to notice. Just remember these words. The more awake and aware you are, the more sane and grounded you are. Don't plug yourself back into the matrix just because everybody else around you is still stuck.

•increased desire to know what is going on (in Iran, in America, in the universe, with the weather, with other people friends, etc). This is related to the increased awareness noted above. This increased desire to know arises as you start to realize that, despite what the new agers want to tell you, something is horribly wrong on this planet.

Pedophilia, child starvation, war, disease, global poverty, and an ecological crises that gets closer to disaster every day. You're going to start to see this and you're going to want to know. Be careful here, there's a lot of paranoid "news" sites designed specifically to trap you at this stage with sensationalized and fear based accounts of this world. Avoid those sites like the plague that they are, at least until you are certain that you are able to stay level headed and grounded in the paranoid energies that are invoked by those places.

•increased impatience with the "stuckness" of the people around you. You'll be frustrated by the fact that people around you don't seem interested in doing anything other than what they've always done in the past. This "status quo" existence will look silly and feel unsatisfying to you, especially as you become aware of the true nature of this world.

•increased ability to perceive deeper levels of reality. This is as you become adept at using the higher faculties opened up by proper chakra activation. You have to be careful here because this increased ability to perceive "deep reality" can cause some fear. You may start finding "meaning" in a lot of things in your life (like the orientation of books on your book shelf, or the shirts some other people are wearing) that normally wouldn't have any significance at all. It is find to find meaning in the details of life, but recognize that sometimes it's just a coincidence and there is no meaning at all. This is something you will have to get control over otherwise fear and paranoia may result.

•gradual elimination of the "ostrich" phenomenon (i.e., decreased tolerance for wrongs perpetrated against yourself or others). The farther you progress in your awakening process, the less you are going to be able to sit around doing nothing.

The more awake you are, the more pressure you are going to feel to do something about it. If you want my advice, don't ignore that feeling. Find a way to get active in creating positive change in your life, your community, your country.

•gentle changes in diet. A slow move away from high caloric intakes and meat-based diets to a greater reliance on fruit, vegetables, etc.

•increased sensitivity to toxins (emotional, psychic, physical, etc.) in your environment

•increased sensitivity to clutter and disorganization
Of course, your particular symptomatology of awakening may be slightly different.

However, if you keep in mind that this awakening process is really about an expansion of consciousness and awareness, you should be able to fit your idiosyncratic constellation of symptoms in place.

So you want to learn more. Awesome! Well, the first thing that you need to know is that this is the home of The RippleFX Journey.

And what is the RippleFX Journey?

Well, the RippleFX Journey is the name for my non-denominational system of living and loving without fear. The system consists of a graded course of study designed to move you out of spiritual darkness and confusion and into the full light of day. If that sounds mystical and out there for you, basically I'm going to help you take your blindfold off.

And how do I propose to do that?

By reminding you of the awesome Truth basically.
By reminding you of who are and what you are doing here, by providing you with guidance and technique to ensure you stay grounded and stable throughout the process of awakening to your higher power, and by teaching you skills and techniques that you can use to help others do the same. And that is all there is to it.

Now, I know it doesn't sound like much. I know that, depending on your spiritual background (or lack thereof), you will be expecting excruciating difficulty, grinding moral testing, difficult evolutionary challenges, convoluted philosophical rocket science, unforgiving judgment, or horrible consequences for failure.

I know that you might even be expecting beams from the galaxy center, Christ, lightships, magical pole shifts, or mystical evolutionary advances to handle the whole thing for you. Unfortunately, that's all a bunch of confused, marketing. The truth is, the power is within you and as soon as you know that, as soon as you remember who you are, and as soon as you understand it all starts with you, then everything begins to change.

It is that easy, and it is up to you.

You can continue to do what you've been socialized to do and look outside yourself to Christ, lightships, the "great white brotherhood" or whatever for salvation, or you can follow my advice, turn to yourself, and begin the process of filling up the vessel with the light of your own higher consciousness, but know that It's your choice.

Kerrace Alexander, founder and principal facilitator Bigfish Strategies Inc.

Kerrace Alexander, adult educator, spiritual lecturer, philanthropist and Author of the RippleFX Teachings, RippleFX Seven Stages of Manifestation and Practitioner RippleFX Resilience Healing Technique.

I was Born in New York, however I spent most of my childhood and received my early education in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.

I am a daughter of a beautiful mother and a mystical father, and I have 3 siblings of which one is deceased. My father was a spiritual teacher a guru of sorts a very intelligent charismatic man in his day. They called him a pioneer of the "New Age Movement." My father lived a full life until his early death at 38 years.

I consider my childhood upbringing as very unusual and non- traditional in many ways. And so for the purpose of this biography I grew up never being able to come to terms with my fathers chosen profession of work as a spiritual teacher and for that reason alone I did everything I could to fit into society which I find interesting today looking back in retrospect.

I later returned to my home State to complete my Bachelor of Business Administration and upon completion of my degree I came back to Vancouver, Canada and started my career working for several local companies.

I was not really consciously aware of it, but I always had internal knowing as to how companies should work and by seeing the many differences in how companies conducted business it gave me insights into how to develop operational business systems using experiences from the challenges and opportunities companies faced wanting to compete in both domestic and international markets.

For the next 16 years, I focused my work in the areas of developing business systems in the areas of international trade, business development, marketing, and leadership management and personal skills and development training while working for and with various organizations in Vancouver and around the world. For the past 5 years I have designed and instructed many life skills, wellness and personal development programs in addition to conducting and leading over 40 groups and have accumulated over 500 hours of training experience.

It was not until spring of 1998 that on a personal level I had what could be called a "dark night of the soul" or the beginning of my process of spiritual awakening, ascension and empowerment and from that point on I have never looked back. As I began my journey of self - exploration and healing for 12 years I worked with several therapists and immersed myself in various spiritually based training programs and workshops.

However, about 4 years ago I made the decision to allow universal intelligence to work through me as I continued my journey of self exploration and healing. It was at that point that I began to have very intense mystical experiences which accelerated my spiritual awakening and ascension process creating numerous spiritual awakening and ascension symptoms, including Kundalini activation and believe me when I say it has been one of the most transformational periods my entire life.

I am not promoting doing your spiritual journey on your own as I have found having a mentor or being involved in community is a very good option as long as you don't become dependent because what I have found is the ultimate goal for each of us is to become empowered and self responsible moving away from the saviour symptoms which we all are so conditioned to believe that someone will save us.

In all honesty you and I both know that someone is you. Only you can save you. That being said having a support system is paramount and most important until you feel you can go it alone and that is what I believe. I support people on their personal development journey to the point where they can go solo. I facilitate the transformational awakening and empowerment process and journey using the systems and techniques I have developed based on my experience.

If there is one little piece of wisdom I can leave you with is this transformation is a part of life that we should embrace whole heartedly it provides wonderful opportunities for Learning and growth.

I always knew that opening to self love was a big part of my personal journey, but I never imagined what I know and feel within my heart today. I am humbled by the fact that I can actually feel unconditional love for myself and not have to look to the external world for someone to love me.

I now experience love without conditions through my connection to the universal intelligence that permeates all that exists and I know within my being and through my connection to source that there exists an abundance of love that awaits me and you each and every moment.

What is a Spiritual System?

A Spiritual System is basically someone’s (or some group’s) systematic (and usually institutionalized) attempt to answer the big spiritual questions.

By this definition you will see that currently there are several dozen Spiritual Systems that exist in this world.

These Spiritual Systems include Mass Systems like Catholicism, Buddhism, Taoism, etc., Elite Systems like Masonry, Scientology, and various “old boy” privately illuminated "secret" clubs.

Even aspects of modern science can be classed as a Spiritual System. Whenever science, with its primitive methodologies and narrow vision of creation, attempts to answer the Big Questions, it becomes, for better or worse, a Spiritual System.

Mass Spiritual Systems and Elite Spiritual Systems are one of two broad classifications of Spiritual Systems that I would like to call Old World Spiritual Systems. Old World Spiritual Systems, based on Old World Spirituality. These systems arise as a result of the limited and partial understandings characteristic of “veiled consciousness.” In other words, Old World Spiritualities arise as a result of Normal Consciousness. As such, Old World Spiritualities are limiting and offer limited understanding of the core truths and spiritual questions of creation.

Spiritual Systems are not static entities and change over time in order to accommodate and survive historical change. However, it is expected that with the expansion of consciousness into The Body, extisting spiritual systems will decline and disintegrate.

Interim systems (known as New World Systems) will emerge that will bridge the gap between the limited understanding of Old World Systems and full consciousness and full understanding characteristic of fully embodied consciousness.

However, after only a short period of time, even New World Systems will collapse and be replaced by internally derived, and universally consistent, understanding of the Big Questions individually and collectively expressed with all the scintillating glory present in the Fabric of Consciousness.

What We Do?

We work with individuals who are serious about living life without fear.

We teach individuals that the essential aspect of living and loving without fear is to transcend fear and illusion or ego-based states of consciousness in the physical world system that we live in to a heart centered real world system based on unconditional love.

In a nutshell at Bigfish Streategies we are "Systems Busters".

We comprehend on many levels the physical world system that we currently live in which is based on fear and illusion and we have a comprehensive understanding of the real world system that we all come from and the fact that we are spiritual beings incarnated on earth to assist the physical universe in the process of ascension. If this sounds a bit out there for some of you well so be it! If there is some truth here for some of you then please read on.

Bigfish Strategies Inc. provides the consulting mentoring, and facilitation of the RippleFx Teachings and RippleFX Healing System which takes individuals like you through the process of living life without fear.

You see the RippleFx system is a spiritual system that provides answers to some of the big spiritual question while facilitating sspiritual awakening and then acts as a bridge between the physical world system that you live in and the real world system that you come from and it makes the journey a little more comfortable. I will explain what I mean about the physical world and the real world in future posts or please feel free to email me if you have any immediate questions.

Now the RippleFx Teachings consists of seven modules. I will go into that in more detail as well in future posts but let me just finish with a little bit of information about myself.

My name is Kerrace Alexander, I am the one who developed the RippleFx Teachings and the RippleFX Healing System and Bigfish Strategies Inc is my company. The company was incorporated on Valentines Day! February 14, 2005. in all honesty I was not conscious of the date or the symbolic meaning that date would bring to the company. The RippleFX curriculum that I developed until about 2 years ago, because in all honesty I was not ready to teach from a heart centered space it is something I had to nurture and grow into, and so now I teach people how to live from the human heart. All I can say is everything is truly in divine order.

In closing I have to say that it is only through my own personal spiritual awakening that I was able to develop the RippleFx Teachings and RippleFX Healing System and it is my wish that it provides you with the gifts of love joy, abundance and spiritual freedom to create the life you want to live without fear.
